A Little Bit of Magic

Puppeteering is another expression of myself that I love exploring. Growing up, I spent much of my time in hospitals. As an adult, it has become important to me to give back to children who are doing the same. Broadway Hearts is a non-profit group of professional Broadway performers who bring entertainment and joy to children getting treatment for various ailments. I host a monthly puppet show in addition to my weekly visits to hospitals across the US.

Powerful Puppetry

As a bilingual actress, with the ability to perform puppet shows for children in both English and Japanese – I hope to be a part of providing diversity in children's entertainment.

Many of my puppets are female, helping empower the young girls at the hospitals to keep fighting. My wish is that they are able to see their own brilliant selves represented in my little friends. I want to give the children at the hospital hope, and perhaps a little bit of magic that acting can provide them while they’re recovering.
